The Board of Directors of Riverstone Holdings Limited (the "Company") wishes to announce the resignation of Ms Lathika Devi Amma D/O K R Pillay as Joint Company Secretary with effect from 26 February 2007. In her place, Ms Lim Chee Ying will be appointed as Joint Company Secretary with effect from 26 February 2007. Accordingly, the Company Secretaries of the Company shall then be Ms Lim Chee Ying and Ms Sheryn Tan Ping Ping.
The initial public offering of the Company's shares was sponsored by Phillip Securities Pte. Ltd.
