Riverstone Holdings Limited ("the Company") refers to the announcement no. 00013 on the Daily Share Buy-Back Notice released on 16 May 2013 (the "Announcement") and wishes to clarify that the total consideration (including stamp duties, clearing charges, etc) paid or payable for the 97,000 shares purchased on 15 May 2013 should be S$47,479.78 instead of S$47,484.65 as stated in the Announcement.
